Golden Hour

The most common words used in photography: Golden hour. For obvious reasons, the warm glow of the sun casts warm, creamy, and darker sun. For timing, whatever session you decide, 30 or 60 mins, take that amount of time before sundown.

FAQ

What happens if it rains?

Leading up to your shoot day, I will be checking all things weather. I've lived here long enough to know if a storm is going to ruin our shoot or not. Day before our shoot + day of if it says there will be rain, I will be in touch with our rescheduling options. Could be pushed up or back a few hours, worst case the next day or later! But to give you peace of mind, all the years doing shoots here and I've only had to cancel 3 due to rain.

What beach should we go to?

I am always up for coming to you! It's usually the easiest especially with summer traffic / finding parking can take awhile. I also can suggest locations that are off the beaten path for a more secluded beach.

What should I wear?

The only color that I say to stay away from is peach, haha! It usually washes everyone out especially with a sunburn, not the best. I always say do you, go neutral or bright and fun. Jeans and a white tee or a pretty dress. DO YOU.
